Pauli Twirling (PT) for MonarQ#
Pauli Twirling inserts random Pauli gate pairs around two-qubit gates (CNOT, CZ) to convert an arbitrary noise channel into a depolarizing channel, which is easier to handle with other mitigation techniques.
Can be combined with ZNE (PT + ZNE) for stronger noise reduction.
